The First Eastern Bank Building, now PNC Bank, is an early skyscraper in Center City Wilkes-Barre built in the Neo-Classical style in 1908. Since the destruction of the massive Hotel Sterling complex 2006-2013, it has helped define the western view of the city's skyline.
