Late 19th century Richardsonian Romanesque style James Scott Mansion, converted into apartments after 1910 when the original owner died, then abandoned in the 70s and left to rot for decades before being bought in 2002. Recently restored and reopened as apartments in Midtown Detroit, Michigan.
